MOTIVATION

There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure." - Colin Powell

It takes consistent, diligent effort to achieve something worthwhile. This is obvious when we stop and think about it, but we all lose sight of this fact in the day to day application. I encourage you to put in the effort this year. Plan your Challenge A work, and then work that plan every day.

Problems and struggles should be seen as opportunities for growth.  Meet any obstacles head on, and remember that working through them is where the magic happens!

Get excited for the journey, and keep a hopeful expectation for the academic year to come. Your enthusiasm about the process will drive your efforts this year!

"Enthusiasm is the mother of effort, and without it nothing great was ever achieved." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
